Om Mani Padme Hum

Om Mani Padme Hum

A two sided pendant strung onto 108 turquoise beads. This necklace is an offering honoring Nepal and Pasang Lhamu Sherpa, and her incredible ascent of Mt Everest. A portion of all proceeds will go to an organization founded in her legacy that assists Sherpa families in Nepal

On one side are the words Om Mani Padme Hum, which translates to ‘the jewel in the lotus’. These words are commonly carved onto rocks, known as mani stones, or written onto paper which is inserted into prayer wheels. On the other side is a hand drawn image of Mt Everest surrounded by the infinity symbol.
